I was thrilled to hear from Carla this Autumn and to have the opportunityto once again photograph these two adorable girls. Connie and Alice were in the studio when Alice was only weeks old and it was wonderful to see them again and how they have grown.
Connie - an absolute stunner! It took her a bit to come round, but such a sweetie when she did.
Alice really wasn't too sure about the whole experience....

It was such a pleasure to have the beautiful Grace back in the studio and to meet her gorgeous new sister Beth. Grace has been before and she know exactly what to do!

Oakwood Mini-Sessions

I have been pretty crazy busy these past few weeks and I am truly working every possible minute I can squeeze in to get all of these sessions proofed in time for Christmas. I had the great opportunity to do some mini sessions in Oakwood IPS and I met so many lovely families and such fabulous children. I will put more from these sessions on the blog soon, but I have to give the organizer Seana a sneak peek of her cutie-patootie baby girl. I know she is waiting very patiently to see this shot and I just love it And hey, c'mon...HOW CUTE IS LILY???

Wedded Bliss....Tohill and Devlin style!

Nicole and Andrew Tohill - what a fabulous couple to have as my first experience photographing a wedding! First of all - WOW Nicole - you are GORGEOUS - and Andrew - you don't scrub up too bad either. The day was perfect - the lashing rain from the day before dried up, the wedding party and guests all looked fabulous and were absolutely amazing, the church was incredible and the reception grounds were breathtaking. What a wonderful experience and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! (Though it was a well deserved glass of wine that night!)

Well done Nicole for hiking though the mucky ground in your FAB stilettos to let me get some river shots...

I couldn't ask for a more cooperative, ADORABLE and perfect little model than baby Imogen. At 7 months she did everything and more that I wanted! I just loved doing these photos and it has been pretty easy to find "keepers" - they basically all are! Joanne and Nial are very lucky to have this little girl and I know how much they absolutely adore her. What a sweetheart!

Fun at the water...

The family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. -Erma Bombeck

Ahhh, the never-ending action of families! The Hannas and extended family gang all met at the river for some kicking of leaves, splashing of water and other general mischief and fun. One family with four very active and adorable boys and another with four lovely girls - put them together and this is a snapshot of what we came up with. As long as we didn't mind getting wet and muddy! Thank God for wellies!

Autumn is upon us...

The leaves are falling and turning beautiful colours all around - yet another time to miss Canada with all of its amazing Autumn colours...but luckily we have had a gorgeous Autumn this year and only this week has the temperture began to drop. I am really loving being home now and walking with the children to and from school each day. A time to chat and hunt for cool nature things (when I'm not in a rush and hurrying them along!)



So, this Autumn brought me another cool project involving some FABULOUS women and children's shoes. I LOVE SHOES - and I love photography- combine the two and it always amounts to great fun!
